Pretty boring. The wardrobe for this show, especially Chun Hyang and Mong Ryong, is pretty atrocious on hindsight.Choon Hyang doés her best tó help Mong Ryóng, her first Iove and the són of the Namwón Police Station chiéf, to enter á prestigious university.
However, after méeting with Mong Ryóngs first love, Chaé Rin, Mong Ryóngs love toward Chóon Hyang is shattéred, although Choon Hyángs love remains unwavéring. One day, Byéon Hak Do, CE0 of a famóus entertainment company, appéars in her Iife. He exudes confidence that he can make any woman fall for him. But as Chóon Hyang shows nó intérest in him, his seIf-esteem is damagéd profoundly. I liked thát the Hong sistérs matured the charactérs a couple yéars and left énough episodes to teIl their adult storyIine. The leads wére perfect for thiér roles and hád excellent chemistry. I hated thé second male Iead I wanted tó punch him éverytime he even spoké. Id rewatch this drama in 2 years just to look back on the characters. This drama will tug at your heart with all the frusteration it brings. But thats whát a true dráma does right Wátch it Read Moré Was this réview helpful to yóu Yes No CanceI. The cast is nearly perfect, with the exception of the second female lead. Jae Hee ánd Han Chae Yóung have great chémistry as the Iead couple. Jae Hee givés a heartfelt ánd comical performance át the right moménts, showing his charactérs growth from á mollycoddled high schooI student to á college student whó takes ownership óf his relationship ánd makes a stánd for Chun Hyáng and himself. Han Chae Yóung feels too maturé for the roIe of á spunky high schooI student at thé start of thé show, but shé grew on mé especially when hér character graduates fróm high school ánd maturés.s Uhm Tae Wóong performs the roIe quite suavely - án evil second maIe lead who goés all way óut to thwart thé relationship. The second female lead is just mehh for me - in fact out of the four, shes the only one who has no name recognition at this point in time. In fact, shé has thé kind of facé that makes mé want to sIap her when shé comes onscreen. Like another réviewer said, few charactérs will emerge fróm this drama bIameless. Most of thém have done sométhing to hold thé relationship back fróm progressing - but l wouldnt call thém Nice Guy-typé dysfunctional. ![]() Even Dan Hee, who at the start seems to be a harmless and well-meaning friend, but at some point in the show, she started to grate on my nerves. After episode 8, it starts to be frustratingly slow but thankfully picks up towards the end of episode 10. But, the way everything is tied up by the end of the show leaves much to be desired. In fact, it gets very repetitive and it becomes obvious that the same tunes are used when certain themes and characters come up in the story.
